Descender for single or double rope
Before starting the descent, the user
can choose between 3 different friction
settings; two cleats allow speed control
during descent. The rope installation
method is very rapid, helps prevent
dropping the descender, and avoids girth
hitch formation. Tight interface between
the PIRANA and the carabiner does not
break noise discipline.
