The Petzl P21 SPE is a ball bearing version of the standard Petzl Tandem Pulley and designed for use on cables or ropes. Uses ball bearings to give very good performance on Tyrolean traverses. For use on ropes of diameter less than 13 mm or cables of diameter less than 12 mm.
