Sherrill Big Shot Line Thrower Deluxe Kit
$307.00
LT41010
The Big Shot is used to launch a weighted bag over a tree's branch (or reaching some other hard to reach area) to tow working lines into position. With a working line, a climber can ascend without using spurs, and a rigger can apply the pressure necessary to influence fall direction. The very simple, oversized slingshot allow the operator to launch nearly straight up into the tallest canopies, avoiding adjacent brush and limbs.
For peak performance, the Big Shot pouch should be just eithin rach of the operator's outstretched hand. This means 8 to 10 feet of pole for people 5-7 feet tall.
Deluxe Kit contains, Big Shot head, Two 4-foot sections to make an 8 foot mounting pole. line rod and reel, 250' of 200 Ib. test Spectra line and carrying case.
