We are excited to offer this new tether, in collaboration with Eric Whipple. Similar to our original tether there is a rubber bumper to help keep the wrench from going “neutral”. This version also offers the user the option to use it either with the legs together or separated.
We’ve improved RIT Line by adding a strand of highly reflective tape. The line is supple enough to pack easily but firm enough to feel against the floor when following it in low-visibility conditions when wearing gloves. The Technora strands provide high strength in adverse conditions.
Years of development, testing and fine tuning has made our sewn Prusiks, Purcells and cord a preferred choice by rescue schools, agencies and rescuers everywhere.
This light-duty electric handheld unit cuts and fuses the ends of polyester and nylon ropes and web.
A superior handling rescue rope, New England Ropes KM III static kernmantle rope features composite construction, with the continuous filament polyester sheath braided over a continuous nylon fiber core. Featuring a weight-balanced construction with the sheath and the core each representing half the total weight, KM III is torque-balanced to eliminate any spin during a rappel.
