Description

When you need to take you pulley system from a single rope to a double rope system the CMC Swivel Double Pulley is a great piece of gear to use with both high anchor systems or tripod use. The design of this prusik-minding pulley allows for quick double rope introduction with a pivoting and locking side plate. A stainless steel sheave gives this pulley the ability to be used with both a rope rescue or with a wire cable. The becket at the bottom of this pulley allows for clean mechanical advantages. This pulley is designed with sealed ball bearings and with two double detent button to prevent the sideplate from opening. The CMC Swivel Double Pulley weighs 14.6 oz (414 g) and its sheave thread size is 1-½ by ½ inch (38 by 13 mm) and it comes in Orange and Slate. This pulley is 3 sigma MBS rated at 44 kn (9,891 lbf).

In addition to rope rescue applications, for the rope access equipment cache or rope access hardware kit in need of rounding out or in need of enhancement, the Swivel Double Pulley can be a quality rope access gear addition.
