We developed the Adjustable Litter Strap because it allows minor adjustments to be made while the litter is being carried. Quickly releasing the buckle extends the strap, preventing the rescuer from being pulled down with the litter. Sewn loop strength exceeds 36 kN (8,093 lbf). The strap can also be used for pick-offs.
The Raptor Foot features a replaceable carbide tip designed to reach into small holes or cracks for optimal grip on uneven surfaces. The Flat Foot features a rubber layer on the bottom to provide optimal grip on flat surfaces.
The CMC Ascender utilizes a spring-loaded cam to facilitate progression on life safety rope. Widely used by rescue teams for ascending rope, as an attachment to a litter harness tender line, as a travel restrict rope grab, and other applications where a mechanical ascender provides greater efficiency.
The more compact ‘LT’ version of the AZTEK offers 28 feet of 8 mm AZTEK ProSeries® Cord that can extend the set-of-fours up to 6 feet, providing a 4:1 or 5:1 mechanical advantage with a minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 36 kN (8,093 lbf). The LT system includes (2) ProTech™ Aluminum Manual-Lock Carabiners w/ removable keeper pin – 31 kN (6,969 lbf) for attaching to the swivel ends.
Working at height requires reliable, quality equipment. The AZTEK ProSeries™ Pack can be used with confidence in work-at-height maneuvers for industrial rope access or technical rope rescue when used in accordance with the regulatory safety standards it falls under.
The CMC Derby Helo Strap allows the rescuer to maintain a position behind the subject securing them around the chest area to perform a quick rescue evacuation. The extraction device attaches to the helicopter hoist hook for a short-haul or hoist rescue operation.
